Fering Foomen by Waalem | Fering Foomen is Föhrer Frisian and means 'Frisian girl' - the counterpart to our Fering Dringer. This rosé is fruity, light and refreshing. Both wines combine three things: enjoyment of wine, gratitude and respect for the Föhrer Frisians.
An interesting rosé that immediately delights the nose with aromas of hibiscus, blood orange and verbena tea. A refreshing liveliness unfolds on the palate, making the rosé an exceptionally invigorating experience. The crisp acidity is harmoniously rounded off by notes of Amalfi lemons and a hint of basil.
An absolute must for the summer on the terrace or as an accompaniment to light starters.
