BOOKING REQUESTThe 19th century style Villa Waalem is located directly on the picturesque, fine sandy beach of the idyllic Frisian village of Nieblum. It fascinates with an incomparably romantic atmosphere that turns every wedding into an unforgettable experience.
The villa and the entire property are available for non-religious weddings upon request at any time.
Civil weddings take place from Monday to Saturday - after consultation with the Föhr-Amrum registry office . Requests and bookings are made exclusively through the registry office.
Would you like to get married in a romantic, intimate setting? Then the "Sverige" room on the first floor with its unique view of the beach and the Wadden Sea offers the right setting.
The room, furnished in Swedish style, has space for a maximum of 16 people (8 of which are seated).
Get married in the middle of one of the largest book collections on polar research in the "library" on the first floor of the property with a view of the vineyard.
The room offers space for a maximum of 16 people (8 of which are seated).
For larger wedding parties, the small Captain's Hall (max. 30 seats) as well as the large Captain's Hall (max. 60 seats) offer sufficient space.
Located on the ground floor, with a view of the Wadden Sea and vineyards, and direct access to the terraces, your wedding will be an unforgettable experience.
Prices from July 2025 will be announced in autumn 2024. At the same time, booking requests for non-denominational weddings in 2025 will also be processed.
The villa is not wheelchair accessible and dogs and other pets are not allowed in Villa Waalem.
